Darlene is a native Californian who has been coming to Florida 4 times a year for the past 18 years. She has made Cape Coral her home for the past 9 years. Her father was a broker in California for over 20 years and both her brother and sister sold real estate.  Darlene raised her 7 children and owned her own business. Then, once she moved to Florida the real estate bug got her and now she wonders why she waited so long. I came to Cape Coral 9 years ago from California with my family. We chose Florida because of the community, schools, and resort type lifestyle. For the past several years I have devoted my life to my children, family, school activities and sports. Now that the my children are growing up and in school this past year I have enjoyed spending my time and energy on my career. Prior to starting a family I worked for a major lender as a branch manager. In that experience I found a great personal satisfaction in providing a needed service to our clients.
